Development Director

Bio:

Sean is a lifelong parks advocate and proud Vancouver native with a deep commitment to giving back to his community. For the past decade, he served as Executive Director of Columbia Premier Soccer Club, where he led efforts to improve Harmony Sports Complex—a park that has been part of his life for over 40 years. During his tenure, CPSC completed significant projects, including the construction of four synthetic turf fields, refurbished bathrooms, a new maintenance shop, and most recently, securing and executing a $3.4 million parking lot project.

Sean is excited to bring that same energy and dedication to the Parks Foundation of Clark County. He believes parks are more than green spaces, they’re where memories are made, friendships are built, and communities grow stronger. Through his work with the Foundation, Sean looks forward to partnering with residents, businesses, and organizations to ensure parks, trails, and recreational programs continue to thrive across Clark County.

Why the Parks Foundation?

For Sean, joining the Parks Foundation is a natural extension of his belief that building a better community is a team effort. Every person, family, and organization has a role to play in improving our shared quality of life. The Parks Foundation provides the perfect platform to bring people together, invest in local parks, and create experiences that benefit everyone in Clark County.

Favorite Park?

Whether it’s walking with his wife and dog, playing sports, spending time near the water, or finding a quiet spot to read, parks have always been central to Sean’s life. Harmony Sports Complex remains his favorite, a place where he grew up playing and spent a decade of his career improving. He also enjoys exploring Klineline Pond and the many other incredible parks Clark County has to offer.
